Simon Powers is CEO and Founder of Adventures with Agile (AWA), author of the book Change. and a successful coach and trainer of Enterprise and Systems Coaching. He pioneered several models that explain agility, team culture, and enterprise and systems coaching, he has shaped the world of agile over the last decade and is an award winning conference speaker.
